My dear bbs ♥,

It's time for the goo’ old New Year's Resolution to make an appearance, isn't it? After all, the New Year has arrived. I wouldn't say I'm good at those, but I try to keep to my plans as much as I can, because I understand that working for something is the best way to assure you will get it.

Here's my one true resolution then: to be honest to myself and others. To not let any small thing come in between a true understanding of what I mean to say. To not let fears stop me from speaking my mind, or being complacent with things that should long have been changed.

And to comply with that, I will be honest with all you that might still come to my LJ every once in a while. I miss you guys! Terribly so. I love it here and had wonderful (and not-so-wonderful) moments that I don't wish to forget. But I've not been updating for a good time now, and I don't think I will any time soon. The spark for such thing, for me, it's been missing for a while, and I just can't motivate myself to write much anymore. I don't want this to be a chore, so I've stopped doing it. I hope you all can understand that it isn't some personal animosity. After all, I still speak to some of you through msn or email sometimes, no? (I wish I could speak to you all, but I understand some friendships are more of LJ thing, anyway.) And it never fails to bring a smile to my face discovering that you still think of me and worry about my doings. I truly do love being cared for like that, because yeah. I am spoiled like that. (; But also, I can't ask you guys to keep doing it if I don't even say I am alive, right? Well, I am alive, to be sure! XD

I won't say this is a final goodbye, but more of a long hiatus. I might find myself re-discovering that spark tomorrow again but... who knows? I hope you guys won't find this something of a person too self-absorbed, speaking as if I were someone important like that. =X This is just a tiny (non) explanation for my (past and future) absence.

Keep in touch with me, yeah? I'm terrible at it myself (you guys remember those promised postcards, no? I still have them here, to be sent. Oh dear), but I won't deny any attempt at contacting me. I love the little surprises of emails or simple messages waiting for me. I answer it all back, I do! x3 (I would also love to receive news of dbsk. I still like those five quite a bunch too, I'm just too lazy to keep up with them. I find I don't have half as much energy as they seem to have, hm.)

So, all of you. Take care of yourselves. Keep being the wonderful people I know you all are. Think of me every now and then. (; And never stop loving dbsk. They will be old men and still loved by us all, if I have my say.
